LAS VEGAS--America’s quintessential example of LOSER LIGHTS! Ah, but then most people who “play” in Las Vegas are losers! I guess it makes sense that they are attracted and enthralled by loser lighting!
LAS Vegas is full of what I call LEAKY LIGHTS! Las Vegas IS the future of nighttime America and there’s only one way to stop it from happening where you live: you must trigger a Dark Sky Revolution in your town tonight!
SMART LIGHTS = STARRY NIGHTS!
WHAT are smart lights? Lights that shine down on the targets of safety and security, people and property, and use the least wattage necessary to secure safety for people and property.
IT’S time for you to demand SMART LIGHTS in your community! Don’t ask! Don’t plead! Don’t beg! Don’t implore! Don’t appeal! Don’t request! DEMAND! Demand Dark Skies NOW!
MOST lights across America tonight, including most of those in your community are loser lights! And no lighting code or little old lightin’ law will change that, at least not for another 30 or more years! Why should we wait for another 30 or more years to retrieve OUR starlight from the light demons? It’s absurd!
I don’t know about you, but... “I’m mad as Hell, and I’m not going to take this anymore!”
I haven’t got enough years left in me to wait for the mainstream dark sky organizations to get their acts together, get all their little ol’ light laws passed, and then sit around waiting for the lights to be changed! And besides, even if all the old lights are made night sky friendly, the light devils'll just add thousands more lights, undoing what little the light laws gain!
AND because I’ve got little time left, I’m going to fight like there’s no tomorrow to rescue starlight from the greedy SOBs--Satans of Brightness--who have no respect for any part of Nature, let alone the night sky!
HOW about you? Are you enraged enough by the SOBs who call the destruction they cause, progress?
WHILE you were reading this page, no fewer than 1000 new dark sky UNfriendly lights were contributed to America's light pollution problem. When will you stop being part of the problem and become the light pollution solution?
